Fuel servo inlet, remove left magneto, main gear wiring cleanup | 1.7.2021
Cut out 1/8" aluminum sheet to adhere/rivet to a 2.5" flange for tubing to the fuel servo inlet. The plans call for fabricating this from fiberglass, which would be slightly lighter, but a pain and I thought somewhat flimsy. This will ensure a good seal at the fuel servo inlet, and make sure that I'm pulling induction air from outside the plane, not from within the cowl.
Once that was done, Emily and I removed the left magneto and spark plug harness. We also tested the seat heaters before they get buried in the seats.

I then decided to clean up the main gear sensor wiring. The wiring to the gear itself was about 4 feet too long, so I wanted to clean it up to make it fit nicely. The ends were clipped off and new ones were put in their place after measuring for the right length.
That's all for now!
