Landing light housing, seat foam | 9.16.2020

I prepped the inside of the nose as best as I could, sanding through a few layers of paint applied by the previous owners to install the landing light housing. The landing light housing comes prefabricated, but I needed to trim some material off the front to get it to seat as far forward as I wanted. This was held down with some lead weights while it set, with tape to hold it from moving. Worked great.

Pardon my out of control hair, it's a pandemic right now and I never leave the house.

Emily removed the old sew foam that was adhered to the pilot seat frame and started carving a seat back for the rear seat to test methods. No pics, sorry.
